Lučko Peljarenje

Lučko peljarenje je peljarenje plovnog objekta u području luke do određene granice. Granice obveznog peljarenja, vrijeme i mjesto ukrcavanja i iskrcavanja peljara za peljarenje u zadarskoj luci određuje Lučka kapetanija Zadar. Ukoliko brod podliježe pod obvezno lučko peljarenje, mora se peljariti ne samo na dolasku i odlasku već i ako se premješta s jedne obale na drugu ili se pomiče uzduž obale upotrebom porivnog stroja.Uslugu lučkog peljarenja zapovjednik broda dužan je zatražiti najkasnije jedan sat prije isplovljenja, premještaja ili micanja broda.

Obalno Peljarenje
Obalno peljarenje je peljarenje plovnog objekta u dijelu unutrašnjih morskih voda i teritorijalnog mora Republike Hrvatske do granice lučkog peljarenja. Granice obveznog obalnog peljarenja, vrijeme i mjesto ukrcavanja i iskrcavanja peljara određuje ministar.

U Republici Hrvatskoj obveznom obalnom peljarenju, prema članku 7. pravilnika o pomorskom peljarenju, podliježu svi brodovi koji prevoze opasne tekuće kemikalije, odnosno ukapljene plinove. Zapovjednik broda dužan je zatražiti uslugu obalnog peljarenja najkasnije šest sati prije dolaska na pilotsku stanicu odnosno isplovljenja iz luke.

 


 

Port pilotage
Port pilotage is piloting a vessel within the port area to a certain boundary. The boundary of compulsory pilotage, the time and place of embarking and disembarking of a pilot in the port of Rijeka are ruled by the Harbour Master Office Rijeka. If the ship is subject to compulsory port pilotage, she must be piloted not only when arriving and leaving, but also when shifting from one berth to another or when being moved along the berth using main engine. The ship master is obliged to require the service of port pilot not later than 2 hours prior to departure and shifting or moving the ship.


Coastal pilotage
Coastal pilotage is piloting a vessel in a part of inner seawater and territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia to the boundary of the port pilotage. The boundaries of the compulsory coastal pilotage, and a pilot boarding/landing point are to be defined by the Minister. According to the Clause 7. Regulations of Maritime pilotage, all ships carrying dangerous liquid chemicals; i.e. liquid gases between Croatian ports, are subject to compulsory pilotage. The ship master is obliged to require the services of coastal pilotage not later than 6 hours before departure.
